Deeply familiar with Portland and its surrounding communities, Shannon understands the nuances of its neighborhoods, architecture, and housing market. Shannon is also an award-winning designer and founder of SBaird Design, an interior design practice established in Portland in 1992, with a refined perspective on residential and commercial architecture and interiors. Her design experience brings an additional dimension to her real estate practice—whether recognizing the potential in a property, helping a buyer assess a home, or advising a seller on thoughtful preparation, presentation, and positioning before going to market.
While establishing her design practice, Shannon also spent 20 years managing assets for executives based in Portland, Western Europe, and Asia. The work required an exceptional level of trust, discretion, organization, judgment, and attention to detail—qualities that continue to define her approach to real estate today.
